WELCOME TO THE CLUB'S NEW PROJECT PAGE

Hello. You are probably here by personal invitation as this page is not presently configured as public. This will change at some stage in the near future to enable the wider Club membership to review and feed back on the Club's plans prior to calling an EGM to assess the level of support or otherwise for the proposed scheme. The sections below contain links to a range of background information abbout the Club, it's recent finances, the Club Development Plan, draft architectural plans and a financial model illustrating the concept of fractional ownership sales. The current version of the draft plan is being hosted online and if you haven't arrived here from the link provided there and would like access to view it please use the form on the Contact page to request a login.

The proposed new hotel rooms to be built on the Club site will be offered as an investment to individuals and organisations wishing to secure a low cost base for up to seven weeks a year (together with Club Membership benefits during their stay) and generate an attractive rate of return on their investment by sharing in the revenue generated through letting their room for the period they are not in occupation.

A demonstration model assuming 30 new rooms will be built (15 of which will be low cost "Pod" units catering mainly for juniors attending training camps) has been devised to illustrate the principles and potential financial outcomes of this approach. The model is interactive and viewers are able to input their own assumptions across a range of data.
